Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be made in advance through our official channels, including our website, or customer service hotline. A booking confirmation will be provided upon successful reservation, and customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their details. Air Pearson Limo Taxis reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings in case of unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.

Pricing and Payment

Fares are determined based on distance, time, and additional services requested. Payment can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, or other accepted digital payment methods. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and additional charges may apply for waiting time, route deviations, or special requests. Customers must clear all payments before or upon completion of the journey.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may cancel their bookings with prior notice. Cancellations made within a specified period before the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a partial or full refund. However, last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to cancellation fees or no refund. Air Pearson Limo Taxis reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

Waiting Time and Delays

A grace period for waiting time is provided for airport pickups and other scheduled rides. Beyond this period, additional waiting charges may apply. If a customer fails to arrive within the grace period, the booking may be considered a no-show. While we strive for punctuality, delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen events are beyond our control, and we shall not be held liable for any consequential losses.

Passenger Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations, be available at the designated time, and treat the vehicle and driver with respect. Any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence, misuse, or intentional acts by passengers will be charged accordingly. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and carrying illegal substances in the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

Luggage and Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. Air Pearson Limo Taxis assumes no liability for lost, damaged, or misplaced items during transit. If an item is left in the vehicle, we will make reasonable efforts to return it to the owner, but we are not responsible for any losses.

Safety and Conduct

For the safety of all passengers and drivers, seat belts must be worn at all times. Disruptive behavior, including harassment, violence, or verbal abuse towards the driver or other passengers, will not be tolerated. The driver has the right to refuse service or terminate a ride if a passenger's behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Service Limitations and Restrictions

Air Pearson Limo Taxis reserves the right to refuse service in cases of excessive luggage, unsafe conditions, or non-compliance with our policies. We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal items, or pets unless previously arranged. Special accommodations must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to provide a safe and reliable service, Air Pearson Limo Taxis shall not be held liable for delays, accidents, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our service. Our liability is limited to the value of the service paid by the customer. Customers are encouraged to have appropriate travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
